     Message to Recruiters:

     All recruiters and 3rd party staffing vendors must enter into a signed agreement before any candidate is submitted to Composite Software. Any and all resumes received from any vendor who has not been previously approved by Composite Software will be considered unsolicited and will be considered the property of Composite Software.  Furthermore, Composite Software will not be obligated to pay any fees associated with an unsolicited resume.
